In this class, Adam will work with you to discover your “true” voice and how to support it in your day to day life. Most of us shy away from using our natural voice and hold tension in our chests. Using a combination of yoga exercises, stretches and breath release, this class helps release that tension and find where your natural speaking voice sits.

Using methods he has developed from his drama school training and from further research and experience, Adam has found a way to approach vocal release that is applicable for anyone, regardless of previous experience.

This class runs as a 1-1 session but group bookings are welcome. Sessions will take place at a studio in Leith, unless you are booking from outside Edinburgh.
